EULA - End User License Agreement

THE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Using this software, you accept all conditions included in this agreement!
If you do not agree with conditions of the agreement, do not use this product and erase it from disc!

THIS IS THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN END USER, SO BETWEEN YOU (next as "user")
AND Daniel Andrascik ALPHA SYSTEMS, Juzna trieda 19, 040 01 Kosice - Juh, SR (next as "distributor")

This package contains program equipment (software). The term software includes any upgrade versions, accessories and copies of the software. The distributor grants unqualified right to use the software to the user provided the user agrees with the following arrangement:

1. The software using
The user has the right to use the software on the hard disc or the other medium but it has to be in the computer that was the License number assigned for.
The user has the right to free change of the License number but it has to be only once yearly since the day of license purchasing in the set term by user. The same is true for each following license purchasing. Each following change of the License number in the same period, that runs over fixed limit of possible changes of License numbers, will be understood as purchase of the new license.
The user is allowed to make the backup copy of the software.

2. The copyright
The software is intellectual property of the author and is protected by copyrights, international contracts and potential enactments of each state where the software is used as well.
The structure, the organization and the code of the software is important confidential business and the secret author information. Therefore, the user has to approach to the software as in the case of each other subject that is covered by the copyright. That means the user is not allowed to copy software otherwise as it is defined in the point No. 1 of this license agreement. Whichever copy of this software created in connection with this license agreement, has to contain the same copyright and other essentials that will be mentioned on or in the software. The user agrees he will not be translating, disassembling or otherwise decompiling and precluding of software functioning, eventually he will not be detecting its origin.

3. The transfer
The transfer of the software in any form to another computer is forbidden (not valid for backup copy of the software). The user must not request a new License number for a third-party.

4. The software guarantee
The distributor guarantees correct working of the software. If software does not work properly and it endangers data in the program, in such a case the distributor is obligatory to replace this program by other functional software.

THE AUTHOR AND THE DISTRIBUTOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE PERFORMANCE AND RESULTS THAT CAN BE REACHED FOR THE USER BY SOFTWARE USING!

THE AUTHOR AND THE DISTRIBUTOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE SOFTWARE USING!
